This website and the Flowo application are hosted by the publisher on a private infrastructure located entirely in France: redundant servers spread across three distinct geographic sites, connected via very-high-speed fibre (8 Gb/s). No data leaves French territory.

Communications are encrypted end to end (TLS), sensitive data and credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), and backups, themselves encrypted, are replicated daily to a remote site. These measures meet the GDPR security requirements (Article 32) for processing health data.

Domain names and email services are provided by OVH SAS — 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

All content on the Flowo site (text, images, logos, icons) is the exclusive property of Flowo, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data.

Data collected via the contact form is used solely to respond to your request. It is neither resold nor shared with third parties.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Audience measurement is done with Umami, a privacy-friendly tool that works without cookies and without collecting any personal data. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.
